During this visit you will be given more information about our policies and procedures in our 'Welcome to Stepping Stones' pack; see the Nursery operating on a 'normal day', be shown Children's work sheets and folders, and see examples of how we implement our educational timetable to surpass the standards of the National Curriculum. Most importantly, you will have the opportunity to ask as many questions as you wish, meet our dedicated Nursery Team who are all qualified child, healthcare and/or educational proffessionals, and experience first-hand the warm, friendly atmosphere central to the philosophy of Stepping Stones Nursery.

Prior to your Child starting at Stepping Stones, we offer the family a further 'induction visit'. This provides an invaluable opportunity for your Child to spend time with their peer group and appointed Key-Worker.

Our policy of working in partnership with all parents continues throughout your child's time at Stepping Stones. We continually update our policies and procedures, and you are kept informed of activities and events through our monthly newsletters. Your Child's development and progress is continuously monitored and evaluated in verbal and written reports and formal, structured Parents evenings.
